I’m a highly organised and dependable administrative and operations professional, with over 20 years’ experience supporting businesses and organisations to run smoothly and efficiently.
I’ve worked across a range of sectors including construction, telecommunications (Telco) and start-ups, bringing structure, clarity and consistency to fast-paced and evolving environments. My experience includes working with OSS and BSS systems, coordinating people and workflows, and supporting organisations through periods of growth and change.
Through SKP Solutions, I provide practical administrative and operational support to individuals, small businesses and local organisations. SKP Solutions was created to support people who need reliable, professional help but don’t necessarily require, or want, the commitment of a full-time employee.
