Sarah Pullen - Partner

Sarah set up SKP Solutions in 2008 to provide a flexible solution specifically for small and medium sized companies. Having worked with small businesses for almost 30 years, Sarah understands their challenges, and helps them to identify their strengths and processes to help them grow. Her approach was to build an experienced team of people that allowed her to deliver a range of flexible, affordable business support services.

Sarah's background is in sales and marketing. Starting with a technology consultancy firm she went on to work with PR with Purpose, NETG Applied Learning and DisplayMate before starting her own consultancy business.​  Sarah is a Salesforce CRM certified administrator​, and holds a BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering.

Denise Allnutt - Partner

Denise has many years experience of taking care of the financial side of small business. Until 2001 she was employed as finance manager in various companies looking after all of their day to day requirements including book-keeping, payroll, VAT, cashflows, management accounts and liaising with suppliers, customers and banks etc.  Whatever business you’re in, Denise understands the pressures and difficulties of running a busy concern and ensuring that the financial duties are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

You decide how and where you would prefer your accounts to be dealt with and Denise will implement a solution to suit your business leaving you to get on with the job you want to do, rather than the administrative tasks that take up so much of your valuable time.​

Deborah Smith

Deborah is a very experienced administrator who enjoys liaising directly with customers.  With strong verbal and written skills, she has worked with SKP on a number of projects and is currently providing Sales Support to one of our major clients. 

​Deborah's attention to detail, makes her an excellent Salesforce tester and is an important part of any of our Salesforce projects.

Sally Hodges

A skilled telemarketer with many years experience in this field primarily in the IT sector.

Sally's last position was with Sun/Oracle as a Telephone Account Manager to the Public Sector Sales Director. Prior to this Sally worked for a number of years as a buyer in the commercial industry so has experience on "both sides of the fence".

Her "people skills" were gained whilst working for many years as an executive officer in the civil service visiting claimants and discussing their needs. She has a broad knowledge of the computer and other industries and her personable, educated, and eloquent approach to clients make her a very valuable member of the team.

Barbara Douglas

Barbara has a strong Accounting background with experience gained in bookkeeping and management accounts for a diverse range of businesses including manufacturing, service companies, retail sales and smaller sole traders with varied business interests.
 
Practical experience ranges from basic bookkeeping to providing management accounts and other financial reports with the ability to run payroll and VAT returns.
 
In addition to accounting Barbara has administration skills in staff management, HR and health and safety management and has developed stock control systems for a variety of businesses.

Will Spencer

Will is a Business Process Analyst with 18 years experience working in the utilities industry. He has extensive experience in route cause analysis, process analysis, process improvement and Customer Journey Improvement. He has delivered significant improvement projects to reduce cost, customer cancellations, complaints and improve the customer experience. He is a qualified Business and Systems Analyst (ISEB) and Six Sigma Green Belt.
